- Prices on this website are starting prices per person. International packages are shown in USD and exclude international flights unless stated. India packages are shown in INR.
- Your final price depends on your dates, hotel category, availability and inclusions, and is confirmed in your written quote.
3. Bookings and payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when we confirm them in writing.
- Payments must be made as set out in your quote or booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing and follow the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation.
- Hotels, airlines and other suppliers set their own cancellation rules, and these apply to your booking. Some services may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method.
5. Passports, visas and travel documents
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any other documents your trip needs.
- We help with visa applications, but approval is decided only by the relevant authorities.
6. Your responsibilities
- Do not use our services for any illegal purpose or in breach of local laws.
- Do not try to interfere with or disrupt this website or our services.
- Respect other travellers and the people and places you visit.
7. Limitation of liability
Hotels, airlines, transport operators and other suppliers provide their services under their own terms. Raasta Travels is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services, including changes, delays or cancellations by suppliers, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Raasta Travels or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. Do not copy or use it without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.
